2.1 File Storage Options
The Platform offers two storage methods for your design files:
Local Storage (Free)
- No account login required
- Files permanently stored on local device
- No storage capacity limit
- Available to all users
- Files accessible only on local device
Cloud Storage (Pro Subscription)
- Account login required
- Files stored on secure cloud servers
- Files accessible from any device
- Public sharing supported
- Pro subscription required
The Platform's services are provided "as is," and we make no guarantees regarding the timeliness, content accuracy, or continuous availability of the services.
3. User Code of Conduct
As a user, you agree to:
- Not post any illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
- Not violate others' intellectual property rights or privacy
- Not engage in any form of harassment or bullying
- Not abuse platform resources or design tools
- Not engage in any commercial promotion or spam distribution
- Not attempt to hack or interfere with the platform's normal operation
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Content Policy
4.1 User Design Content
- You retain ownership of your original designs
- You grant the Platform permission to display and use your design works
- You must ensure design content does not infringe on others' rights
- The Platform has the right to remove violating content without notice
4.2 Platform Content
- Copyright of platform content (including but not limited to component library, templates, examples) belongs to the Platform
- You may use platform-provided components and templates subject to license terms
- Unauthorized commercial use of platform components is prohibited
5. Account Management
- You must protect your account security
- You are responsible for all design activities under your account
- Report unauthorized use immediately
- Comply with age restrictions (13 years and above)
6. Service Fees
- Basic design features are free to use
- Advanced features and team collaboration features may require payment
- All fees and subscription terms are as displayed on the Platform
- Payments and refunds are executed according to Platform policies
7. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Service interruptions or design data loss
- Any consequences of using design tools
- Design disputes between users
- Third-party links or services
- Losses caused by force majeure
8. Changes to Terms
